1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of TOM'S Art Gallery (the "Store") operated by Zhuhai Jishuo Technology Co., Ltd. (trading as TOM'S Art Gallery)
2. Products All artwork sold on our Store is a printed canvas reproduction. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes. Product images are for reference only.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Shipping We ship to US addresses only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–7 business days via standard shipping. All orders ship free of charge.
6. Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
