To ensure our US customers receive their art pieces quickly and securely, we partner with a dedicated fulfillment center located at 4800 Westwood Ave, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204, United States. All orders are processed, shipped, and returned directly through our US facility.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Destination: We currently ship to US addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time. All orders ship from our warehouse in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or special artwork orders may require additional processing time, and we will notify you in advance.

Delivery Time: Standard Economy Shipping: 5–7 business days.

Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all US orders with no minimum purchase required.

Packaging: All artwork is professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items such as paintings and sculptures are secured with reinforced protective materials.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package at any time.

Delays & Lost Packages: If you experience a shipping delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
